Overview
The DJH-E Electrolytic Thickness Gauge is a professional measurement device from the COATTEST INSTRUMENT brand for the accurate measurement of platings thickness and multilayer nickel potential differences. The instrument is suitable for a wide range of metals and Non-metallic substrates, including steel, copper alloys, die-cast zinc, aluminum, plastic, neodymium iron boron and ceramics. Measurement range is from 0.03μm to 50.00 μm, with high resolution and automatic printing function.
Features
1. Measurement range, covering 0.03~ 50.00 μm.
2. High resolution up to 0.01 μm, Indication Error ≤ 10%.
3. Support single-layer, multi-layer and alloy platings measurement, Program settings up to 3 layers.
4. Optional with a variety of aperture probes and wire kits, suitable for workpieces of different sizes.
5. Wire test function, direct reading without conversion.
6. Built-in micro thermal printer to automatically print statistical reports.
7. Customize the test hotkey to quickly enter the test state with one click.
8. Flexible power supply, support AC 110V or 220V optional.
Principle
The DJH-E Electrolytic Thickness Gauge is based on the principle of electrolysis method for measurement, and accurately calculates the thickness of platings through the electrolysis process. The instrument is adjusted to the optimal Sensitivity state at the factory without additional adjustment. Users only need to use the Calibration plate (optional) for single or unified calibrating brate, and can quickly start the test with a custom hotkey for efficient data collection and processing.
Applications
Automobile Motorcycle Industry, Aerospace and Marine Industry, Bicycle Industry, Electronics Industry, Daily Hardware Industry, Sanitary Ware Industry, Plastic Eletroplating Industry, Neodymium-Iron-Boron Industry, Standard Parts Industry, Technical Supervision Department and Scientific Research Institutions
Steps
Connect the power supply and select 110V or 220V AC.
2. Optional probe or wire kit as required.
3. Calibration plate for single platings calibrated or unified calibrated (to be purchased separately).
4. Select single platings or multiple platings/matrix combinations by custom hotkeys.
5. Align the probe with the workpiece and start the test with one click.
6. The instrument automatically measures and displays the results, and the Built-in Printer can output statistical reports.
Notice
• The thickness gauge has been adjusted after leaving the factory. If you need platings Calibration plate (US China), you need to buy it separately.
• Calibrating operations must be performed with Calibration plates.
• Power supply voltage matching (110V or 220V) before use.
• Select the appropriate aperture probe or wire kit during testing to avoid size mismatch.
• The instrument Sensitivity has been adjusted to the optimum state, no user adjustment is required.
