Overview
The DONGRU DR320 Coating thickness gauge is a small volume integrated instrument that uses the principle of magnetic thickness measurement and has a built-in high Sensitivity Probe to achieve accurate Coating thickness measurement. The instrument has data storage function (can store 116 test data), data statistics function, and can be connected to a computer to operate the print data, resulting in stable and reliable measurement. The shell adopts an Impact resistant hard plastic shell, which is suitable for powder paints coating environment thickness measurement, mainly for magnetic metal matrix surface platings measurement.

Principle
DR320 Coating thickness gauge adopts the principle of electromagnetic induction, which can quickly, non-destructive and precise measurement of the thickness of magnetic metal surface coating platings. It can nondestructive measurement of the thickness of nonmagnetic coatings on magnetic metal substrates (such as steel, iron, nickel) (such as paints, Electrophoresis, enamel, rubber, powder, enamel, anti-corrosion layer, galvanized, chromium, etc.).
