HUITAI LRH-250CL cryogenic incubator (cryopreservation box) is a special equipment for storing foster bases, serums, products, as well as microbial fostering, environmental testing and other fields. It adopts advanced Control system and structural design to ensure temperature Stability and ease of operation.

Humanized design: large-screen LCD display, multiple sets of data one-screen display, menu-type Operating interface; use 134a without fluorine refrigerant, energy saving and environmental protection; mirror stainless steel liner, four corners and half arc design easy to clean, shelf spacing adjustable; double-decked door structure, good thermal insulation performance; optional test hole for experimental operation.

Quality assurance: using brand Compressor, independent research and development of cooling system to extend life; JAKEL tube flow circulating fan and unique air duct to ensure Temperature uniformity; international brand Humidity Sensor and built-in water tank electric heating tube humidification system to ensure Humidity deviation is small; PID Control mode, temperature and humidity control accurate; 99 cycle program, 30 sections per cycle, 99 hours and 99 minutes per cycle.
3. Independent temperature limit alarm system (optional): If the temperature exceeds the limit, the operation will be automatically interrupted, and the sound and light alarm will be issued.
4. Convenient data processing (optional): USB or RS485 interface, which can be connected to a printer or computer to record temperature parameters.
Principle
The equipment precisely adjusts temperature and Humidity through PID Control mode, adopts Compressor cooling system and JAKEL pipe flow circulating fan with unique air duct to achieve good air circulation and ensure uniform temperature in the box. The built-in water tank electric heating pipe humidification system maintains Humidity stability and provides efficient refrigeration without fluorine refrigerant.

Steps
Connect the power supply to AC 220V 50Hz/10A.
2. Temperature range (-10~ 65 ℃) and timing parameters (1~ 9999min) are set through the large-screen LCD menu interface.
3. Adjust the shelf spacing and Optional accessories such as test holes as needed.
4. Start equipment, monitor temperature fluctuation and Humidity deviation.
5. Optional independent temperature limit alarm system or data processing interface for safety monitoring and data recording.

• Ambient Temperature should be kept at + 5~ 30 ℃.
• Input Power is 1400W to ensure stable power supply.
• Use refrigerant without fluorine, pay attention to environmental protection.
