Overview
HENGLI SH-250 biochemistry cultivating box is a thermostatic equipment specially designed for water analysis and BOD determination, suitable for environmental protection, drug inspection, agriculture, livestock, aquatic and other scientific research departments. It provides a stable temperature environment, has cooling and heating functions, and meets the needs of cell, microbial fostering, preservation and plant planting experiments. Support long-term uninterrupted fostering experiments.

Principle
Biochemistry Cultivating Box uses ALLCOLD ™ equilibrate refrigeration technology and ALLFLOW ™ air circulation system, combined with microcomputer PID control, to precisely adjust the temperature in the cavity. The refrigeration system uses environmentally friendly refrigerants to automatically defrost; the air flow system forced convection ensures uniform temperature; Sensor Fast Response to temperature changes to achieve a stable thermostatic environment.

Steps
Connect the power supply and ensure that the voltage is AC 220V/50Hz.
2. Turn on the device and select Chinese and English display through the LCD screen.
3. Set the temperature range (RT + 0~ 60 ℃) and time (0~ 99 hours or 0~ 9999 minutes).
4. Adjust the wind speed and fan switch, and place the sample on the movable Shelf as needed.
5. Start operation, monitor temperature, wind speed and other parameters, and use the RS485 interface to connect multiple devices for remote control.
6. After the experiment, turn off the equipment and clean the liner and Shelf.
Notice
• Ambient Temperature should be kept at 10~ 30 ℃ and humidity below 70% RH.
• Regularly check the over-temperature protection function to ensure that the sound and light alarm is normal.
• Pay attention to the splicing of the liner when cleaning, and avoid the use of corrosive cleaners.
• Separate electrical control components during maintenance to ensure safety.
• Before use, confirm that all electronic components have passed UL certification.
• Avoid running for long periods in extreme environments and manually control cooling capacity to adapt to demand.
