Overview
HENGLI SH-150 biochemistry cultivating box is a thermostatic equipment dedicated to water analysis and BOD determination, suitable for environmental protection, drug inspection, agriculture, livestock, aquatic products and other scientific research departments. It can provide a stable temperature environment, with a wide temperature range and cooling and heating functions, to meet the needs of cell, microbial fostering, preservation and plant planting experiments, and support long-term uninterrupted fostering experiments.

Principle
Biochemistry Cultivating Box uses ALLCOLD ™ refrigeration technology implementation equilibrate refrigeration and automatic defrosting, combined with ALLFLOW ™ air circulation system to ensure uniform and stable temperature in the cavity. Microcomputer PID control technology adaptively adjusts temperature to prevent overshoot, and real-time monitoring through Sensor to maintain a constant environment and support continuous operation.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply and turn on the device.
2. Select the language (Chinese or English) through the LCD display.
3. Set parameters such as temperature and time, and use the password control function.
4. Adjust the wind speed or turn on the fan as needed.
5. Place the sample on the active Shelf, close the door and start fostering.
6. Monitor the running status, which can be remotely controlled through the RS485 interface.
Notice
• Ensure Ambient Temperature at 10~ 30 ℃ and Humidity < 70% RH.
• Regularly clean liners and Shelves to avoid contamination.
• Check whether the over-temperature protection function is normal before use.
• Avoid running for long periods in extreme environments and manually control cooling capacity to adapt to demand.
• During maintenance, pay attention to the electrical components located at the back of the box to ensure power-off operation.
