Principle
The instrument is mainly composed of sanding block and fixture, sliding frame, test bench, motor, power switch, counter and other components. The test block with sandpaper is reciprocated in a straight line on the coating surface of the test plate. After sanding to the number of times specified by the product, observe the area of putty powder stained on the sandpaper to judge the sanding of the coating.

Steps
1. Install the test block with sandpaper on the fixture; 2. Place the test plate on the test bench; 3. Start the motor to make the test block reciprocate in a straight line on the coating surface; 4. Stop after sanding to a specified number of times; 5. Observe the area of putty powder stained on the sandpaper.
