Overview
HT-20 Mortar Rebound Hammer conforms to JGJ/T23-2011 technical specification, which is suitable for testing the strength of high-rise mortar building components, bridges and concrete components (plates, beams, columns, bridges). The instrument has the characteristics of small size, light weight, High Test accuracy and easy operation.
Features
1. The pointer slider adopts an external spring ring structure, which is convenient for friction adjustment, ensuring uniform friction between the pointer shaft and the pointer slider, and ensuring the accuracy of the instrument. It is of relatively high quality and low price, with high accuracy and long service life.
2. The center guide rod adopts imported materials, with high accuracy and abrasion resistance.
3. The shell is made of super-hard aluminum to avoid damage to the instrument during on-site operations and extend its service life.
Principle
The instrument drives the hammer through the spring, and the hammer strikes the brick-like surface through the hammer rod. Using the recovery force of the instantaneous resilience deformation generated, the hammer drives the pointer to spring back and indicates the rebound distance. The rebound value is used as one of the relevant indicators for evaluating the compressire strength of the mortar.
Applications
Strength testing of high-rise mortar building components, bridges, concrete components (slabs, beams, columns, bridges)
