Overview
QFS type scrubbing resistance tester is a testing instrument designed and manufactured by JFL brand according to GB/T9266 "Determination of scrubbing resistance of architectural coatings coatings", and meets the test requirements of the new national standard GB/T9755-2014. The instrument is suitable for measuring the scrubbing resistance of architectural coatings coatings (flat) and is a professional testing equipment required by scientific research and coating manufacturers.
Features
1.Scruf Travel 300mm to ensure accurate test range
2.Scruf speed is 37cpm, providing Standard Test Frequency
3. Equipped with a 4-bit counter to accurately record the number of scrufs
4. The total weight of the brush and brush holder is 450g, which meets the standard test load requirements
5. Machine weight 20kg, stable and reliable structure
Principle
The instrument uses the motor to drive the brush to scruf back and forth on the coating surface, scruf Travel 300mm, speed 37cpm. During the test, the number of scrufs is recorded by the counter, and the test is stopped when the coating is damaged to evaluate the washing performance of architectural coatings coatings.
Applications
Architectural coatings coatings scrub resistance measurement, scientific research Measurement, coating production plant mass inspection
Standards
GB/T9755-2014、GB/T9266
Steps
1. Fix the specimen on the test bench
2. Install the brush and brush holder to ensure the total weight of 450g
3. Set scruf parameters: Travel 300mm, speed 37cpm
4. Start the instrument and start the test
5. Observe the coating state and record the number of scrufs when damage occurs
6. Turn off the power after the test is completed
Notice
• Make sure the power supply is 220V, 50HZ before use
• Regularly check the abrasion of the brush and replace it in time
• Pay attention to observe coating changes during testing
• Keep the instrument clean to avoid dust affecting the test results
• Pay attention to safety during operation to avoid the risk of electric shock
