Overview
QFM coating sanding resistance tester is a device used by JFL brand to evaluate the sanding performance of undercoat and putty. The instrument is used to sanding the test sample back and forth, and the number of sanding is directly read by the counter. Combined with the load weight and abrasion degree, the sanding performance of undercoat and putty is evaluated. The magnetic suction cup design makes the sample easy to load and unload.
Features
1. Adopt magnetic chuck design, sample loading and unloading is convenient
2. The number of sanding can be directly read by the counter
3. Comprehensive evaluation of sanding performance according to load weight, sanding times and abrasion degree
4. The friction speed can be adjusted from 0 to 135cpm.
5. Set number range 0~ 9999 (round-trip counting)
6. Equipped with a variety of additional weights: 50g, 100g, 200g
Principle
The undercoat and putty samples to be measured are sanded back and forth, and the sanding times are directly read by the counter. According to the comprehensive data of the set load weight, the actual sanding times and the degree of abrasion of the sample, the sanding performance of the undercoat and putty can be evaluated.
Applications
Undercoat sanding resistance evaluation, putty sanding resistance evaluation
Steps
1. Install the sample to be tested on the magnetic chuck
2. Set the required load weight
3. Set the sanding parameters
4. Start the instrument for sanding test
5. Read the number of sandings through the counter
6. Evaluate performance according to load weight, sanding times and degree of abrasion
Notice
• The number of sandings is displayed as a round-trip count, and the actual number of sandings needs to be multiplied by 2.
• Friction load standard is 570 +/- 20g
• Power supply voltage requirement is 220V 50Hz
• Power of instrument is 60W
• Please confirm that the sample is firmly installed before use
• Please pay attention to safety protection during operation
