Overview
RONGJIDA CNX-5 Tack Tester is a special equipment used to test the persistence of material adhesion. The instrument is mainly suitable for Tack test of Pressure sensitive adhesives, medical patches, stickers, protective films and other products.
Features
1. Equipped with 5 independent test stations, multiple sets of tests can be conducted simultaneously.
2. The standard configuration Timer range is 0 to 100 hours, and a long Timer of 0 to 10,000 hours can be selected to meet the needs of different test durations.
3. The key components meet the specified accuracy, such as the pressure roller load is 2000 +/- 50g, and the weight (including the loading plate) is 1000g +/- 10g.
4. Compact structure, Dimensions of 360 * 240 * 420mm, easy to place.
Adopt AC 220V 50Hz power supply, with strong versatility.
Principle
The Working Principle of the instrument is to hang the test plate attached to the sample vertically on the test stand, and hang the weight of the specified weight at its lower end. The ability of the adhesive tape and other products to resist being pulled and dragged is characterized by measuring the amount of displacement of the sample after a certain period of time, or recording the time required for the sample to completely detach, that is, its holding Tack.
Applications
Pressure sensitive adhesive tape, medical patch, sticker label, protective film, plaster, Babu cream
Steps
1. Paste the sample on a standard test board (120 * 60 * 1.5mm).
2. Use a pressure roller (load 2000 +/- 50g) to roll the sample to ensure that it is firmly adhered.
3. Hang the test plate attached to the sample vertically on the test stand of the instrument.
4. Hang the specified weight (1000g +/- 10g, including the loading plate) at the lower end of the test plate.
5. Start the Timer and start the test.
6. Observe and record the amount of displacement of the sample within the specified time, or record the time when the sample is completely detached.
Notice
Before use, make sure the power supply is AC 220V 50Hz and ensure good grounding.
• Be careful when hanging the weight to avoid damage caused by weight drop or equipment damage.
• Make sure that the sample is pasted flat and free of bubbles, and use the pressure roller with the specified load to roll to ensure the accuracy of the test results.
The instrument should be placed on a stable, vibration-free surface for testing.
• Regularly check whether the weight of the pressing roller, weight and other accessories meets the specifications.
• When cleaning the instrument, please disconnect the power supply and wipe it with a dry soft cloth to avoid liquid entering the instrument.
