Overview
The QT-I paint film Drying time Recorder is a professional instrument under the PUSHEN brand, which is suitable for measuring the drying time of surface coatings such as paints and coatings to evaluate and ensure their surface mass.

Principle
The instrument drives a scribe with spherical contact points through a High Accuracy stepper motor, and draws a circular track with a diameter of 80mm on the surface of the paint film at a constant speed under a load of 12g. After the test, according to the specific location where the track disappears, the drying time of the paint film can be calculated by comparing the special drying time chart. The core calculation is based on the physical principle of "distance = speed × time".

Steps
1. Place the sample to be tested horizontally in the instrument test area.
2. According to the estimated drying time, select the corresponding test period (0.5, 1, 2, 6, 12 or 24 hours) through the instrument panel.
3. Start the instrument, and the stepper motor will drive the scribe to draw a circular track on the surface of the sample.
4. After the test cycle, remove the sample.
5. Observe the disappearance of the track, and use the matching drying time chart to cover the comparison to determine the actual drying time of the paint film.
Notice
Before use, please ensure that the instrument is well grounded and the input voltage is 220V AC 50Hz.
When placing the test sample, ensure that the surface is flat and clean.
When selecting the test cycle, refer to the approximate drying range of the coating to improve the test efficiency.
* The needle is a precision part, do not apply extra pressure or bump, so as not to affect the Test accuracy.
* When reading the results, it is necessary to accurately compare the track and chart in a good environment with good rays of light.
* After using the instrument, please clean the needle and store it properly.
