Overview

Principle
The instrument accelerates the simulated abrasion and scratch test by two brushes to wash the paint applied to the standard test plate. The liquid solution of the scruf placed in the container next to the instrument is transported to the brush by the pump, and the pump can be controlled to open or close during the scruf experiment, and the liquid Flow rate can be accurately adjusted.

Steps
1. Place the standard test plate on the instrument
2. Choose tools such as brushes, scruf pads, sponges or cleaning cloths as needed
3. Set scruf parameters and start the instrument

5. Evaluate the washing performance of the paint according to the number of washing times
