Overview
LIULING LX-A (single table) Shore rubber hardness gauge is a professional measuring instrument that implements a number of international and national standards, suitable for the determination of Hardness of rubber objects in production sites or on equipment. The instrument has a travel range of 0~ 2.5mm, resolution 1HA, Measurement range 0~ 100HA, measurement error +/- 1HA, pressure at the end of the pin 0.55~ 8.05N (56.1gf~ 821gf).
Features
1. Implement American ASTM D 2240-05, Japan JIS K 6253-2006, China GB/T 2411-2008 and other standards
2. Refer to the implementation of GB/T 531.1-2008 and JJG 304-2003 verification regulations
3. High Accuracy measurement, resolution 1HA, error +/- 1HA
4. The pressure range at the end of the crimping needle is 0.55~ 8.05N, which is suitable for different test requirements
Principle
The hardness gauge is based on the press-in Hardness test method, by pressing the needle into the rubber surface at standard pressure, according to the press-in depth or resistance to determine the Shore Hardness value, to achieve quantitative evaluation of rubber Hardness.
Applications
Determination of Hardness of Rubber Objects Loaded on Production Site and Equipment
Standards
ASTM D 2240-05、JIS K 6253-2006、GB/T 2411-2008、GB/T 531.1-2008、JJG 304-2003
Steps
1. Place the hardness gauge vertically on the surface of the rubber sample
2. Apply standard pressure to press the stylus into the sample
3. Read the Shore Hardness value displayed by the hardness gauge
4. Record measurement results and perform follow-up analysis
Notice
• Ensure that the hardness gauge is placed vertically on the test surface
• Avoid use in extreme temperatures or Humidity environments
• Regularly calibrate instruments to ensure Measurement accuracy
• Clean the pressure needle after use and store it properly
