Overview

The LX-C type rubber and plastic microporous material hardness gauge is an instrument for measuring the Hardness of rubber and plastic microporous material products. It is suitable for measuring the hardness of materials used in shoes made of rubber and plastic materials containing foaming agent with a compression rate of 50%. It implements the HG/T2489-2007 industry standard of the Ministry of Chemical Industry. It adopts the Japanese Asker-c type rubber hardness gauge pressure spring to apply pressure to the pressing needle and the constant linear relationship between the displacement of the pressing needle extending out of the pressing plate. It can be installed on the matching fixed load measuring rack or handheld watch head for measurement.

Principle
