LX-AM Shore AM thin rubber hardness gauge is an instrument produced by LIULING brand for the determination of ordinary vulcanized rubber and its analogues Hardness thin samples (thickness above 1.5mm), suitable for the measurement of Shore A type Hardness 20HA to 90HA rubber. The product implements GB/T 531.1-2008 national standard, equivalent to international standard ISO 7619-1-2004, Sensitivity is high, it is recommended to use with LX-AM model fixed load measuring rack to ensure Measuring accuracy.

Principle
The hardness gauge is pressed into the surface of the rubber sample by applying a specific pressure (324m~ 764mN) on the pressing needle, and the Hardness value of the material is determined according to the pressing depth (the pressing needle Travel range is 0~ 1.25mm), so as to achieve accurate measurement of Shore A Hardness.

Notice
• The thickness of the rubber sample is at least 1.5mm.
• If the thickness of the sample is less than 1.5mm, no more than 3 layers can be stacked, and the thickness of each layer is not less than 0.5mm.
• The measurement results of the laminated sample are not necessarily consistent with the results of the single-layer sample
• Measuring accuracy, it is recommended to install the hardness gauge on the LX-AM fixed load measuring rack
