Overview
The LX-AM Shore AM thin rubber hardness gauge is an instrument produced by the LIULING brand for measuring the Hardness thin samples (thickness above 1.5mm) of ordinary vulcanized rubber and its analogs. It is suitable for the measurement of Hardness value of rubber with Shore A Hardness 20HA-90HA. The hardness gauge has high Sensitivity. In order to ensure the Measuring accuracy, it should be installed on the LX-AM model fixed load measuring rack produced by the supporting production.

Principle
The hardness gauge adopts the principle of press-in hardness testing, which applies a specific pressure on the rubber sample by pressing, and determines the Hardness value of the material according to the press-in depth. The GB/T 531.1-2008 standard is implemented, which is equivalent to the international standard ISO 7619-1-2004.

Notice
• The thickness of the rubber sample is at least 1.5mm.
• If the thickness of the sample is less than 1.5mm, no more than 3 layers can be stacked, and the thickness of each layer is not less than 0.5mm.
• The results of the measurement of the laminated sample may not be consistent with the results of the single-layer sample
• Measuring accuracy, the hardness gauge should be installed on the LX-AM fixed load measuring rack
