Overview
LIULING LX-D (single table) High Hardness Rubber Hardness Gauge is a professional measuring instrument, which implements the American Society for Testing and Materials Standard ASTM D 2240-05 and the Japanese National Standard JIS K 6253-2006, and refers to the Chinese National Standard GB/T 531.1-2008 and international standard ISO 7619-1-2004, and JJG 304-2003 verification procedure. It is mainly used to determine the rubber Hardness of Shore A type greater than 90 ° at the production site, and can also be used for Hardness value measurement of engineering plastics, frp and other similar high Hardness materials.
Features
1. High Accuracy measurement, error is only +/- 1HD
2. Travel range 0~ 2.5mm, resolution 1HD
3. Measurement range, covering 0~ 100HD
4. Adjustable pressure at the end of the crimping needle, ranging from 0 to 44.5N (0gf to 4538gf)
5. Meet a number of international and national standards to ensure measurement accuracy
Principle
The hardness gauge is based on the press-in Hardness test method, which reflects the Hardness value of the material by applying pressure on the surface of the material with a press pin, and measuring the depth of press-in. Travel range of the press pin is 0~ 2.5mm, and calibrate according to the standard requirements to ensure the Reliability of Hardness reading.
Applications
Production site Rubber Hardness measurement, Engineering plastics Hardness measurement, FRP and other similar high Hardness material testing
Standards
ASTM D 2240-05、JIS K 6253-2006、GB/T 531.1-2008、ISO 7619-1-2004、JJG 304-2003
Notice
• Make sure the instrument is accurately calibrated before use
• When measuring, the pressure needle needs to act perpendicular to the surface of the material
• Avoid use in extreme temperatures or Humidity environments
• Regularly check the needle abrasion and replace it in time
Keep drying during storage to prevent corrosion
