Overview

The LX-OO softer foam lining hardness gauge is an instrument for measuring the Hardness of softer rubber foam rubber, foam rubber roller, chewing gum and the like. It implements the American standard ASTM D2240-2005, with high Sensitivity, and can measure the Hardness of soft rubber foam rubber in the laboratory. In order to ensure the Measuring accuracy, the hardness gauge should be installed on the LX-OO model fixed load measuring rack produced by the supporting production.

Principle

By applying pressure to the material, the Hardness value of the material was determined according to the travel range of the crimp from 0 to 2.5 mm and the pressure at the end of the crimp from 0.203 to 1.111 N.
