Overview
The QCJ-100 Film Impact Device is a SHIBO brand product designed according to GB1732-79 standard. It measures the impact strength of the film by dropping a heavy object from a height. The instrument is suitable for evaluating the impact performance of the film.
Features

Principle
The weight is fixed at the required height by the controller screw, and the height is read by the positioning mark. Press the controller screw to compress the spring, so that the controller slider round hole is aligned with the upper and lower cover round hole, the hook releases the weight and falls, and strikes the punch rod. The punch rod acts on the sample placed on the pillow pad to test the impact strength of the paint film.

Steps
1. Check and adjust before use: check whether the center of the punch rod is the same as the center of the concave hole of the pillow pad block, and adjust the inner hexagonal screws if necessary; check whether the positioning mark is on the zero line, and adjust the screws on both sides of the positioning mark if necessary.
2. Preparative sample: According to the product standard, the prepative sample.
3. Place the sample: Place the sample on the pillow pad block, the paint film is facing up, and the Impact point is not less than 15mm from the edge.
4. Set the height: According to the standard fixed height, press the control screw to make the weight fall on the Impact sample.
5. Observation results: lift the heavy hammer, take out the sample with four times magnifying glass or visual observation of the paint film, if there is no damage, increase the height, repeability test, until the damage or reach the height of 50cm.
6. Sexual repeability test: each time in a new part, the height is increased by 2~ 10cm.
7. Record results: Impact strength is expressed in centimeters at the maximum height at which the weight does not cause damage.
8. Special test: If the standard allows, the reverse impact test can be carried out, and the paint film is placed downward.
9. accuracy requirements: the difference between the two measured values is within +/- 1cm.
10. Environmental conditions: Test at 25 +/- 1 ° C and below 70% relative humidity.
Notice
• Before use, be sure to check whether the center of the punch rod is the same as the center of the concave hole of the pillow pad. If there is any deviation, it needs to be adjusted.
• The positioning mark must be aligned with the zero line, otherwise the screws on both sides of the positioning mark need to be adjusted.
• When the sample is placed, the paint film is facing up, and the Impact point is not less than 15mm from the edge.
• Each test should be carried out in a new part of the sample, with the impact points at least 15mm apart.
• Use four times magnifying glass or eyesight when observing the paint film, if allowed by the standard.
• The height of the repeability test is increased by 2~ 10cm until the paint film is damaged or reaches a height of 50cm.
• If the product standard specifies the impact strength, the weight can be dropped directly from the specified height.
• During the impact test, the paint film should be placed on the pillow block facing down.
The difference between the two measurements should be within the range of +/- 1cm.
• The test environment should be controlled at an air temperature of 25 +/- 1 ° C and a relative humidity of 70%.
