Principle
The product is a D-Bar (standard groove) type Metering rod. The transfer amount of Spreader liquid is usually related to the groove size, and under the same 1mm area, the application of D-Bar may be more. Its wet film thickness is related to the groove size, but the actual Coating Weight is affected by the Spreader condition and the physical characteristics of the Spreader liquid. The parameters provided by the product are reference values.
