During the production of the Spreader, in order to ensure the uniform thickness of the paint applied to the substrate, the Metering rod is used to precisely control the film thickness and scrape it flat. The Rod Holders ensure the uniformity and accuracy of the sizing coating by effectively correcting the straightness of the Metering rod, ensuring that the Metering rod rotates stably and is in full contact with the substrate when working. This model Rod Holders is suitable for formed Metering rods with a diameter of 16mm.

Principle
The Rod Holders securely mount the Metering rod on the Spreader through its special construction. When working, Rod Holders ensures that the Metering rod maintains the correct straightness, allowing it to rotate stably so that it is in full and uniform contact with the moving substrate surface, achieving precise control of coating film thickness and scraping.

Steps
1. Confirm the installation location of the Coater.
2. Install Rod Holders to the specified location of the Coater.
3. Correctly place the formed Metering rod with a diameter of 16mm into the Rod Holders and fix it.
4. Check and correct the straightness of the Metering rod.
5. Spreader production test to ensure Metering rod stable, uniform coating.
