Overview
SZQ-75 Film Applicator is produced by SHIBO and is suitable for wet-film with the specified thickness of Spreader to determine the hiding power, color folding or preparatory sample of the sample. It is made of stainless steel wear-resistant material, the application width is not less than 100mm, and the wet film thickness is 75μm.

Principle
The template is fixed on the platform, the Applicator is placed near the short side of the template, and after about five milliliters of the sample, the Spreader is swept at a uniform speed of 150 mm per second to form a wet-film of the desired thickness.

Steps
1. Place the template on the platform and fix it
2. Place the Applicator in a position close to and parallel to the short side of the template
3. Approximately five milliliters of specimen in front of the Applicator
4. Press and hold both ends of the Applicator with your finger
5. Swipe at a constant speed of 150 millimeters per second
6. Wash and dry with solvent after use, apply anti-rust oil or neutral Vaseline and store
