Overview
The SZQ-200 Film Applicator is produced by SHIBO and is suitable for wet-film of the specified thickness of the Spreader to determine the hiding power, color folding or preparatory sample of the sample. The device is made of stainless steel wear-resistant material, the application width is not less than 100mm, and a variety of film thickness options are available.

Principle
The Film Applicator makes a wet-film coating of a specified thickness by running a uniform speed across the sample coated. When operating, the Applicator runs a speed of 150 mm per second across the sample to ensure a uniform Spreader.
Steps
1. Place the template on the platform and fix it to ensure that the template does not move when the Applicator scratches it
2. Place the Applicator in a position close to and parallel to the short side of the template
3. Approximately five milliliters of specimen in front of the Applicator
4. Press and hold both ends of the Applicator with your finger, swipe at a constant speed of 150 mm per second, and Spreader into the desired wet-film.
