XQ-1 metallographic sample inlay machine is YUZHOU brand specially designed for metallographic sample prepative equipment, especially suitable for samples that are not easy to hold, small, irregular shape to protect the edge or need to be automatically ground and polished. The machine adopts hand-crank mechanical pressure, the heating temperature is controlled by a digital temperature controller, the performance is stable and reliable, and the operation is convenient. It is an economical choice for sample inlay. It is limited to thermoset materials such as bakelite powder, electric jade powder, etc.

Principle
XQ-1 metallographic sample inlay machine applies pressure to the sample by hand mechanical pressurization, and at the same time uses a heating system (Heating power 440W) to control the temperature by a digital temperature controller, so that the thermosetting material is cured and formed in the mold sleeve to complete the sample inlay process.
Steps
1. Prepare the specimen and thermoset material.
2. Place the sample and material into a 30 mm die sleeve.
3. Use a hand-cranked mechanical pressurizing device to apply pressure.
4. Set and control the heating temperature through a digital thermostat.
5. Wait for the material to cure and remove the inlay sample.
Notice
• Only use thermoset materials, such as bakelite powder, electric jade powder, etc.
• Note that the power input is single-phase 220V, 50Hz, 5A when operating.
• Ensure that the equipment is placed stably to avoid dumping.
• Clean the mold sleeve in time after use to maintain equipment performance.
