Principle
XQ-1 metallographic sample inlay machine applies pressure to the sample by hand mechanical pressurization, and at the same time uses a heating system (Heating power 650W) to provide stable heating under the control of a digital temperature controller, so that thermosetting materials such as bakelite powder or electric jade powder are cured in the mold sleeve to complete the sample inlay process.

Steps
1. Prepare specimens and thermoset materials (e.g. bakelite powder or electric jade powder).
2. Place the specimen and material into a 40 mm die sleeve.
3. Use a hand-cranked mechanical pressurizing device to apply pressure.
4. Set and control the heating temperature through a digital thermostat.
5. Wait for the heat curing process to complete.
6. Remove the inlaid sample.
