Principle
The equipment uses an automatic mechanical pressurization system to heat and pressurize thermoset materials (such as bakelite powder and electric jade powder). The inlay program has been cured, and the pressing process is automatically completed. After molding, it automatically stops to relieve pressure, and displays the temperature in real time. Steps
1. Prepare thermoset materials (e.g. bakelite powder, electric jade powder).
2. Place the specimen in the mold sleeve.
3. Start the equipment, automatically heat and pressurize.
4. Automatic shutdown to relieve pressure after pressing.
5. Wait for the temperature to drop to normal temperature and then sample.
Notice
• Only use thermoset materials, such as bakelite powder, electric jade powder, etc.
• Make sure the input power is single-phase 220V, 50Hz, 6A before operation.
• After pressing, you need to wait for room temperature before sampling to avoid burns.
• Regularly check equipment performance to ensure stable operation.
