Overview
ZXQ-1 automatic metallographic sample inlay machine is a key equipment in the preparation process of metallographic samples, especially suitable for samples that are not easy to hold, small, irregular in shape and need to protect the edge or need to be automatically ground and polished. The machine adopts automatic mechanical pressure, the inlay program has been cured, automatic heating, pressure, automatic shutdown and pressure relief after pressing and forming, real-time temperature display, sampling can be done after waiting for room temperature, stable and reliable performance, convenient and fast automatic operation.
Features
1. Adopt automatic mechanical pressurization for easy operation.
2. The mosaic program has been cured, Degree of automation is high.
3. Automatic heating, pressurization, and automatic shutdown to relieve pressure after pressing.
4. Real-time temperature display for easy monitoring.
5. Stable and reliable performance, it is a satisfactory device for sample inlay.
6. Limited thermosetting materials, such as bakelite powder, electric jade powder, etc.
Principle
ZXQ-1 automatic metallographic sample inlay machine realizes automatic heating and pressurization process by curing the inlay program through automatic mechanical pressurization. After pressing and forming, the equipment automatically stops and relieves pressure, and the temperature is displayed in real time. Users only need to wait for normal temperature to sample.
Applications
Metallographic specimen prepative
Steps
1. Prepare samples and thermoset materials (e.g. bakelite powder, electric jade powder).
2. Place the sample and material into the die sleeve.
3. Start the equipment, automatically heat and pressurize.
4. Automatic shutdown to relieve pressure after pressing.
5. Real-time display of temperature, waiting for sampling after normal temperature.
Notice
• Limited thermosetting materials, such as bakelite powder, electric jade powder, etc.
Make sure the input power is single-phase 220V, 50Hz, 6A.
• Before operation, check whether the Equipment Appearance and die sleeve specifications meet the requirements.
• After pressing, you need to wait for room temperature before sampling to avoid burns.
