Principle
ZXQ-1 automatic metallographic sample inlay machine through the automatic mechanical pressure system, the sample heating and pressure processing. The inlay program has been cured, the equipment automatically completes the heating and pressure process, after pressing and forming, automatic shutdown pressure relief, temperature real-time display to ensure the sample at room temperature safe sampling.

Steps
1. Prepare samples and thermoset materials (e.g. bakelite powder, electric jade powder).
2. Place the specimen in the mold sleeve.
3. Start the equipment, automatically heat and pressurize.
4. Automatic shutdown to relieve pressure after pressing.
5. Real-time display of temperature, waiting for sampling after normal temperature.
Notice
• Only use thermoset materials, such as bakelite powder, electric jade powder, etc.
Make sure the input power is single-phase 220V, 50Hz, 6A.
• Pay attention to the temperature display during operation to avoid high temperature burns.
• Net weight of equipment 50kg, be careful when handling.
• Check the mold sleeve specification before use as 40mm and the cavity height as 89mm.
