Overview
YZXQ-3 automatic double-head inlay machine is a professional hydraulic Water-Cooled automatic sample inlay equipment of YUZHOU brand, specially designed for the preparation of metallographic samples. The equipment realizes one-click operation of heating, pressurizing, holding pressure, chilling down, pressure relief and other inlay processes through the program control of the single-chip microcomputer. It does not need to be on duty and automatically completes the sample inlay. It is suitable for thermosetting materials such as bakelite powder, electric jade powder, etc.

Principle
The whole mosaic process is controlled by the MCU program, including heating, pressurizing, holding pressure, chilling down and pressure relief. Hydraulic pump is used to provide pressure, combined with water chilling down system to realize automatic sample mosaic operation.

Steps
1. Select the specification of the mold sleeve (choose the second of 25mm, 30mm or 40mm)
2. Set the heating temperature (50~ 180 ℃), heating time (1~ 7 minutes), pressure holding time (30 seconds~ 7 minutes) and chill down time (1~ 30 minutes) through the high definition Touchscreen
3. Start one-button operation, the equipment automatically completes the heating, pressurization, pressure holding, cooling down and pressure relief process
4. Wait for the total inlay time (about 7 minutes and 30 seconds for the < unk > 30 specification, about 10 minutes for the < unk > 40 specification) and take out the sample after completion.
Notice
• Only use thermoset materials, such as bakelite powder, electric jade powder, etc
• The pressurized pressure is factory set to 150bar, which cannot be adjusted
• An external water source is required to chill down
• Input power is single-phase 220V, 50Hz, 16A
• Make sure the equipment is well grounded before operation to avoid electrical risks
