Overview
YZXQ-2 automatic metallographic sample inlay machine is a professional hydraulic Water-Cooled automatic sample inlay equipment of YUZHOU brand. It is suitable for the inlay process in the preparation process of metallographic samples, especially for samples that are not easy to handle, small, irregular shape and need to protect the edge or need to be automatically ground and thrown. The equipment adopts program control to realize one-button operation of heating, pressurizing, pressure holding, chilling down, pressure relief and other processes, without duty, and automatically completes the inlay. It uses a hydraulic pump to pressurize, the pressure is higher, the inlay sample is tighter, equipped with a water chilling down system, the sample preparation speed is fast, and the unique swirl/spin lock design is adopted, which is easy to operate and has stable performance. It is an ideal equipment for sample inlay (limited thermosetting materials, such as bakelite powder, electric jade powder, etc.).
Features
1. The hydraulic pump is used to pressurize, the pressure is higher, and the inlaid sample is tighter; 2. Equipped with a water chill down system, the sample preparation speed is fast; 3. The unique swirl/spin lock design is more convenient to operate; 4. The program control realizes one-button operation, automatically completes the process of heating, pressurizing, holding pressure, chilling down, pressure relief, etc., without duty; 5. Stable performance, it is a satisfactory equipment for sample inlay.
Principle
The YZXQ-2 automatic inlay machine realizes the fully automated process of sample inlay through program control. After the equipment is started, it automatically performs heating (Heating power is set according to the specifications of the mold sleeve, such as 1.2kW for < 30mm), pressurization (factory setting pressure is 150bar, equivalent to 16Mpa), holding pressure (time is adjustable, factory setting < 30mm is 1 minute), chill down (user-defined time, factory setting 2 minutes) and pressure relief, without manual intervention, to ensure that the sample is inlaid evenly and tightly.
Applications
Metallographic specimen preparation, micro sample inlay, irregular shape specimen edge protection, automatic grinding sample inlay
Steps
1. Select the specification of the mold sleeve (< unk > 25mm, < unk > 30mm or < unk > 40mm); 2. Set the heating temperature (range 0~ 180 ° C, factory default 120 ° C); 3. Set the holding time (adjustable, factory default < unk > 25mm/< unk > 30mm is 1 minute, < unk > 40mm is 1 minute and 30 seconds); 4. Set the chill down time (user-defined 1~ 30 minutes, factory default 2 minutes); 5. Start the equipment, one-click operation automatically completes the inlay process; 6. After the equipment automatically completes heating, pressurizing, holding, chilling down and decompression, take out the inlay sample.
Notice
• Only use thermosetting materials, such as bakelite powder, electric jade powder, etc.; • The specifications of the mold sleeve should be selected according to the needs and cannot be mixed; • The heating setting range should not exceed 180 ° C to avoid overheating; • The pressure holding and chilling down time can be adjusted according to actual needs, but within the allowable range of the equipment; • Use an external water source to chill down to ensure that the water source is unblocked; • The input power supply is single-phase 220V, 50Hz, 16A to ensure stable voltage; • The pressurized pressure of the equipment is set to 150bar at the factory, which cannot be adjusted, and do not overpressure when using it; • There is no need to be on duty during operation, but the operating status of the equipment needs to be checked regularly.
