YZXQ-1A automatic metallographic sample inlay machine is a professional hydraulic Water-Cooled automatic sample inlay equipment of YUZHOU brand, which is suitable for the inlay link in the preparation process of metallographic samples. The equipment is controlled by a single-chip microcomputer program to realize one-button operation of heating, pressurizing, holding pressure, chilling down, pressure relief and other processes. It automatically completes the sample inlay without duty, especially suitable for samples that are not easy to hold, small, irregular in shape or need to protect the edge. The hydraulic pump is used to pressurize, the pressure is higher, and the inlay is tighter; the cavity is lengthened, and two samples can be inlaid at the same time; the hot and cold separation design ensures safety and stability; equipped with high definition Touchscreen and physical button dual control, the inlay scheme can be saved and retrieved; the water chill down system makes the sample preparation fast, and the two samples can be inlaid in as little as 7 minutes.

Principle
The mosaic machine controls the entire mosaic process through a single-chip microcomputer program, including steps such as heating, pressurizing, holding pressure, chilling down and pressure relief. A hydraulic pump is used to apply pressure to ensure that the specimen is tightened and inlaid; the heating system provides controllable temperature and cooperates with the water chilling down system to quickly cool down; the cavity design allows two specimens to be processed simultaneously for efficient automated operation.

Steps
1. Select the mold sleeve size (25mm, 30mm or 40mm).
2. Set the heating temperature, holding time, heating time and cooling down time.
3. Place the specimen and thermoset material in the mold cavity.
4. Start the one-button operation, and the equipment automatically completes the process of heating, pressurizing, maintaining pressure, chilling down and relieving pressure.
5. Remove the inlaid sample.
Notice
• Only use thermoset materials, such as bakelite powder, electric jade powder, etc.
• Make sure the external water source connection is normal before operation.
• Pay attention to the factory default value when setting parameters to avoid improper adjustment.
Equipment does not require personnel to be on duty during operation, but regular inspections and maintenance are required.
