Overview
YMPZ-1-250 Metallographic polish-grinding machine is an automatic Metallographic polish-grinding machine of YUZHOU brand. It is controlled by a single-chip microcomputer, and the ABS material of the fuselage is integrally formed, which is anti-corrosion and durable. The equipment supports stepless speed regulation and positive and reverse rotation of the grinding disc. The grinding head is pressurized with central pressure and single point pneumatic modes. It adopts high definition LCD Touchscreen control. The DC brushless motor runs ultra-quiet and has a long life. The automatic grinding system can replace manual grinding and polishing, and the number of specimens held is up to 6, which improves the grinding and polishing mass and sample preparation efficiency.

Principle
The grinding and polishing machine controls the stepless speed regulation and forward and reverse rotation of the grinding disc through a single-chip microcomputer. The grinding head is driven by a stepper motor, and the Rotation speed is adjustable. The pressure of the grinding head realizes the center pressure or single-point pressure mode through the pneumatic system. Combined with the unique operation fit design, the sample is evenly ground and polished on the grinding disc. The automatic water outlet function and timing control ensure the stable and efficient grinding and polishing process.

Steps
1. Turn on the power and start the device.
2. Rotation speed, steering and timing time are set through 7-inch high definition LCD Touchscreen.
3. Select the grinding head pressure mode (center pressure or single point pneumatic pressure) and set the pressure value.
4. Install sandpaper or throw cloth to the grinding disc, and use the magnetic design to quickly change the disc.
5. Clamp the specimen (up to 6) to the grinding head tray.
6. Start the automatic grinding and polishing program, the equipment runs automatically and the water is chilled down.
7. After the grinding is completed, the equipment automatically stops and the sample is taken out.
Notice
• Make sure the power supply is single-phase 220V and 50Hz before use to avoid overload.
• Pay attention to the Rotation speed setting of the grinding disc during operation to prevent damage to the sample.
• Regularly inspect the disc and head components to ensure no abrasion or loosening.
• When replacing sandpaper or cloth, make sure the chassis surface is clean to avoid residue.
• Keep the equipment ventilated to avoid overheating.
• Non-professional personnel should not disassemble or repair the equipment.
