Overview
YMPZ-1-300 automatic Metallographic polish-grinding machine is a grinding and polishing equipment controlled by single chip microcomputer of YUZHOU brand. The fuselage is integrally formed of ABS material, which is novel and beautiful in appearance, anti-corrosion and durable. The automatic grinding system of this machine can effectively replace the manual grinding and polishing processes. The number of sample clamping can reach 6, which greatly saves labor and improves the grinding and polishing mass and sample preparation efficiency.

Principle
The equipment controls the stepless speed regulation and forward and reverse rotation of the grinding disc through a single-chip microcomputer. The grinding head is driven by a stepper motor, and the Rotation speed is adjustable. The grinding head pressurization system supports two modes of central pneumatic pressurization and single-point pneumatic pressurization, and realizes the precision grinding and polishing of the sample and the grinding disc through a unique running fit design. The automatic water outlet function cooperates with Teflon to treat the surface to ensure efficient cleaning during the grinding and polishing process.

Steps
1. Connect the single-phase 220V power supply
2. Rotation speed (100~ 1000rpm) and steering through 7-inch high definition LCD Touchscreen
3. Select the grinding head pressure mode (single point pneumatic pressure or center pneumatic pressure) and set the pressure
4. Set the timing time (0~ 99min)
5. Installation samples (up to 6)
6. Start the automatic grinding and polishing program
7. Automatic stop after grinding is completed

• Please confirm that the power supply is single-phase 220V, 50Hz before use
• Rotation speed setting range should be between 100~ 1000rpm
• Pressurization pressure shall not exceed the limit of 50N for single point pressure and 160N for center pressure
• Specimen specifications should meet φ 25mm, φ 30mm, φ 40mm standards or custom requirements
• Regularly check the spindle leak-proof device and bearing status
• Keep the equipment clean to avoid foreign objects entering the grinding area
• Do not touch the running grinding disc and grinding head during operation
