Overview
The HANNA HI93640 Temperature Humidity Meter is a Portable measurement device for accurate measurement of relative humidity and temperature in environments. The Humidity Measurement range is 10.0% to 95.0% RH and the Temperature Measurement range is 0.0 to 60.0 ° C (32.0 to 140.0 ° F). Reliability of measurement results is ensured by a TFPC Sensor with a sintered cover for dust protection.
Features
1. Built-in film polymer capacitive (TFPC) Sensor, accurate measurement of relative humidity and temperature.
2. Equipped with sintered cover, effective dust protection, protect Sensor.
3. Switch Humidity and Temperature Measurement mode with one key, easy to operate.
4. Supports the conversion of ° C or ° F temperature units.
5. With battery error prevention system (BEPS), prompt when the battery is low to ensure measurement accuracy.
6. Portable design, easy to carry and use.
Principle
The measuring instrument measures environment parameters through the built-in thin film polymer capacitive (TFPC) Sensor. The Sensor generates corresponding capacitive changes in the relative humidity of the environment to calculate the Humidity value; at the same time, the integrated temperature sensing element measures Ambient Temperature. The user selects the Measurement mode (temperature or Humidity) by pressing the button, and the instrument displays the processed data directly on the screen.
Applications
Environment monitoring, warehouse management, laboratory, industrial production, agricultural greenhouse, HVAC system maintenance
Standards
The data did not mention specific compliance criteria
Steps
Install three AAA batteries.
2. Press the power button to turn it on.
3. Use the RANGE button to switch between Humidity (% RH) and Temperature (° C/° F) Measurement modes.
4. Place the Sensor part of the instrument in the environment to be tested.
5. After waiting for the reading to stabilize, read the current Humidity or Temperature value from the display.
6. After use, turn off the power.
Notice
• Do not use in environments outside the Operating temperature range (0~ 60 ° C) or Humidity conditions (up to 98% RH, no condensation).
• Avoid Sensor contact with condensate or liquids to prevent damage.
• When the Battery Error Prevention System (BEPS) indicates that the battery is low, please replace the battery in time to ensure the Measurement accuracy.
Keep Sensor Cover clean to ensure measurement accuracy.
• Please keep the instrument properly to avoid severe impact or fall.
