Overview
CCT coating rod (model D10-CCT060-L0240) is a precision formed laboratory scratch film Measurement coating rod under the CCT brand. Principle
The CCT coating rod is a formed coating rod. When used, the liquid to be Spreader is placed on the substrate. By manually pushing the coating rod, using its precision wound wire or rod structure, a uniform wet-film of a set thickness is scraped on the surface of the substrate. Its diameter and winding gap determine the final formed wet film thickness.

Steps
1. Pour or drop the liquid sample to be Spreader onto a flat substrate end.
2. Place one end of the coating rod with the winding structure in front of the liquid and ensure that the rod body is in parallel contact with the surface of the substrate.
3. Push the coating rod evenly and smoothly by hand to scrape the liquid at a uniform speed to form a uniform wet-film on the substrate.
4. After use, clean the coating rod with a suitable solvent in time, dry it and store it properly.
Notice
• Make sure the substrate surface is flat, clean and drying before use.
• When pushing the coating rod, the speed should be uniform and the strength should be stable to obtain a consistent film effect.
• It should be cleaned immediately after use to prevent the residue from drying up and blocking or corrosion of the rod body.
• Do not use hard objects to scratch the precision winding part of the coating rod, so as not to damage the structure and affect the accuracy.
Store in a drying environment to avoid bumping.
