Principle

The product is a formed coating rod, which is scraped on the surface of the substrate through a precision-designed stainless steel rod body to form a wet-film coating of a specific thickness.

Steps

1. Select the coating rod model corresponding to the desired wet film thickness. 2. Spreader the sample onto a flat substrate. 3. Hold both ends of the coating rod and place the coating rod at one end of the sample. 4. Scrape the coating rod across the surface of the sample at uniform speed and pressure to form a wet-film. 5. Clean the coating rod in time after use.
