Principle
The product is a coating rod formed for laboratory film scraping Measurement, which is scraped on the surface of the substrate by a precise stainless steel rod body to form a wet-film coating of a specific thickness.

Steps
1. Select the coating rod model corresponding to the desired wet film thickness.
2. Place the substrate to be Spreader flat.
3. Place an appropriate amount of paint on one end of the substrate.
4. Hold both ends of the coating rod and scrape the paint on the surface of the substrate at a uniform speed and pressure.
5. Clean the coating rod in time after use.
