Principle

Measurement of the product is a coating rod formed by laboratory scraping film, scraping on the substrate through a precise stainless steel rod body to form a specific thickness of wet-film coating.

Steps

1. Select the appropriate wet film thickness coating rod model. 2. Spreader the liquid at one end of the substrate. 3. Hold both ends of the coating rod and scrape the liquid on the surface of the substrate at a uniform speed and pressure. 4. Clean the coating rod in time after use.
