Principle
The product is a formed coating rod that is scraped on the surface of the substrate by a precision stainless steel rod body to control the thickness of the wet-film and achieve accurate laboratory-grade Spreader.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate coating rod type according to the required wet film thickness.
2. Spreader the sample on a flat surface.
3. Place an appropriate amount of paint on one end of the sample.
4. Hold both ends of the coating rod and scrape the coating evenly on the surface of the sample at constant speed and pressure.
5. Spreader, clean the coating rod in time.
