Overview
RONGHUA INSTRUMENT SX2-4-10 box type resistance furnace is a laboratory heating equipment with a maximum operating temperature of 1000 ° C. It is suitable for elemental analysis and heat treatment of small steel parts. The resistance furnace is equipped with a temperature controller and Thermocouple, which can realize temperature indication, regulation and control.
Features
1. Operating temperature up to 1000 ℃.
2. Provide a temperature controller and a thermocouple for temperature indication and control.
3. Heating time is less than 60 minutes.
4. Power loss of empty furnace is low, ≤ 1.0KW.
Principle
The box type resistance furnace generates heat through the internal resistance heating element to heat the furnace. The matching temperature controller receives the temperature signal of Thermocouple measurement, and controls the Operating temperature of the resistance furnace by adjusting the power output, so as to achieve thermostatic or programmed temperature rise.
Applications
Elemental analysis and determination in laboratories, industrial and mining enterprises, R & D institutions, small steel parts quenching, small steel parts annealing, small steel parts tempering heating

Steps
1. Place the resistance furnace in a stable and well ventilated position and connect the 220V single-phase power supply.
2. Insert the matching Thermocouple into the furnace thermometer.
3. Turn on the temperature controller and set the target temperature and working procedures according to the experimental or process requirements.
4. Start heating and the resistance furnace starts to heat up.
5. After the work is completed, turn off the heating power supply, and open the furnace door after the furnace temperature naturally chills down to a safe temperature.
Notice
Equipment should be placed in a smooth, well-ventilated environment.
When connecting the power supply, please ensure that the voltage is 220V single phase and the Frequency is 50Hz.
• When the furnace body is working at high temperature, do not touch the furnace shell to prevent burns.
• After the work is completed, you must wait for the furnace temperature to drop sufficiently before opening the furnace door to prevent cold air from rushing in and causing furnace cracking or burns.
• Do not use over temperature (over 1000 ° C).
• Regularly check electrical connections and furnace conditions.
