Overview
RONGHUA INSTRUMENT SX2-8-10 box type resistance furnace has a maximum Operating temperature of 1000 ℃. It is suitable for laboratories, industrial and mining enterprises, R & D institutions for elemental analysis and determination, as well as heating treatment such as quenching, annealing and tempering of small steel parts. The resistance furnace is equipped with a temperature controller and a temperature measuring thermocouple, which can realize temperature indication, regulation and control.

Principle
The box type resistance furnace converts electrical energy into heat energy and is heated by the electric heating element in the furnace. The matching temperature controller receives the temperature signal in the furnace detected by Thermocouple, and realizes accurate indication, adjustment and control of the temperature in the furnace by adjusting the power supply to achieve and maintain the set Operating temperature.

Steps
1. Check whether the equipment and supporting controllers and Thermocouple are in good condition.
2. Put the workpiece into the furnace.
3. Operating temperature set by temperature controller.
4. Start the device and start heating.
5. The equipment is automatically adjusted by the controller to achieve and maintain the set temperature.
6. After the heat treatment process is completed, turn off the power supply and remove the workpiece after the furnace temperature decreases naturally.
Notice
• Before use, make sure that the Power supply voltage (380V three-phase) matches the equipment Rated voltage.
• Do not exceed the maximum operating temperature of the device (1000 ℃).
• Heating time of the equipment is long (< 70 minutes), please arrange the process time reasonably.
• Air furnace loss Power ≤ 0.5KW, please pay attention to energy saving.
• When picking up and placing workpieces and maintaining, make sure that the equipment is powered off and fully chilled down to prevent burns.
• Please check the Thermocouple and controller regularly to ensure accurate temperature measurement and control.
