Overview
RONGHUA INSTRUMENT SX2-10-12 box type resistance furnace has a maximum Operating temperature of 1200 ℃ and a Rated power of 10KW. It is suitable for elemental analysis and determination in laboratories, industrial and mining enterprises, R & D institutions, and heating treatment such as quenching, annealing, and tempering of small steel parts. The resistance furnace is equipped with a temperature controller and Thermocouple, which can realize temperature indication, regulation and control.

Principle
The box type resistance furnace converts electric energy into heat energy through the internal electric heating element to heat the furnace. The matching temperature controller receives the temperature signal measured by the Thermocouple in the furnace, and controls the working state of the electric heating element by adjusting the power output, so as to realize the accurate indication, adjustment and stable control of the temperature in the furnace.

Steps
1. Put the workpiece into the furnace.
