Overview
The BL121-10 is a pool controller under the HANNA brand that is part of the BL120 and BL121 family of products and is designed for the maintenance of sanitized water quality in swimming pools, hot tubs and spa facilities. The system is available in two configurations: the basic version is an in-line model that directly mounts probes and chemical injection fittings to existing piping; and the panel mounted version is equipped with a bypass flow battery that allows the Probe to be calibrated and maintained without shutting down the recirculation pump.

Principle
The controller monitors water quality parameters in real time through pH, ORP and temperature sensors, using automatic temperature compensation and calibrating technology to ensure measurement accuracy. The system automatically adds chemicals through a peristaltic pump according to the set point, and intelligently controls with alarm filtrate options and relay outputs. Data is recorded and transmitted in .csv format via USB flash drives.

Steps
1. Install probe and chemical injection fittings into the pipe or use bypass flow batteries
2. Perform pH and ORP calibrating: pH supports single-point Manual calibration or two-point automatic identification calibrating, ORP is single-point Manual calibration
3. Set dosing parameters: adjust pH, ORP setting point and ratio band, configure delayed start and overdose protection
4. Configure the alarm system: enable/disable parameter alarms, set alarm relay controls
5. Select Pump Control Mode: Automatic or Manual, Adjust Flow rate from 0.5 to 3.5 L/h
6. Data Management: Transfer data via USB flash drive, Automatically record Measured values and events
7. Set up password protection: protect settings, calibrate and log call functions

• Ambient Temperature 0~ 50 ° C, maximum relative humidity 95% and no condensation
The alarm system is triggered based on 5 consecutive readings, and the alarm value needs to be set reasonably
• Use built-in standard buffers (4.01, 7.01, 10.01 pH) when calibrating pH
Auxiliary inputs are used to monitor low liquid levels in acid/alkali tanks and chlorine tanks, as well as to maintain input
• Data storage period is 60 days, recording interval is 10 seconds, and data is regularly backed up
• Probe calibrated during installation and maintenance to avoid affecting water quality monitoring accuracy
