The LANDTEK WTM-1200 Transmittance meter is a wireless, portable measuring instrument that is battery operated and suitable for light transmitance, turbidity or clarity testing of transparent or translucent parallel plane samples and liquids.

Principle
This instrument uses the principle of luminous flux through a transparent or translucent body and its incident ray flux for measurement.

Steps
1. Install batteries: The host uses 4 AA batteries, and the light transmitter uses 2 AA batteries.
2. Boot preparation: Ensure Ambient Temperature at 0~ 50 ℃, relative humidity < 90%.
3. Calibrating instrument: Use one-click Adjustment to calibrate.
4. Measurement mode: Select single or continuous Measurement mode as needed.
5. Perform measurement: align the instrument with the sample for light transmitance test.
6. Data transmission: Data can be output through USB data cable or Bluetooth communication with PC.
Notice
Make sure the battery is properly installed and fully charged.
* Ambient Temperature should be kept in the range of 0~ 50 ℃ during measurement.
* The relative humidity must not exceed 90%.
* Measurement accuracy is ensured by one-click calibrating before use.
* Avoid using the instrument in bright light or extreme environments.
Regularly check whether the instrument structure is in good condition.
