Overview
The DONGRU DR260 platings thickness gauge is a magnetic Coating thickness gauge with an external Probe design. Measurement range is 0 to 1250 microns, and thickness data is visually displayed through an LCD screen. The instrument is compact but powerful, with 800 measurement Data storage functions, two Calibration methods and four statistical functions. It is easy to operate, fast speed measurement, high Sensitivity, good accuracy, and supports continuous measurement and PC connection.

Principle
The DR260 coating platings thickness gauge uses magnetic thickness measurement method to nondestructive measurement of the thickness of nonmagnetic coatings on magnetic metal substrates (such as steel and iron). The instrument automatically measures the Coating thickness through the probe and displays the thickness value through the display screen.

Steps
1. After installing the battery, press the "ON/OFF" button to turn it on.
2. After the beep, when "0" is displayed on the LCD screen, the instrument automatically enters the measurement state
3. Directly press the probe vertically and quickly onto the coated platings on the surface of the workpiece
4. Coating thickness is automatically measured by the platings thickness gauge, and the thickness value is displayed through the display screen
