Overview
XZ-1 oil-free diaphragm vacuum pump is a vacuum, compression dual-use vacuum pump of QIWEI brand, which has the advantages of simple structure, easy operation, convenient maintenance, and no pollution to the environment. It is a basic equipment for obtaining vacuum with a wide range of applications and good durability.

Principle
Driven by an electromagnetic motor, the gas flows unidirectionally through the diaphragm sealing gas chamber to ensure a high Vacuum Level. The non-oil pump design makes the gas flow in the gas chamber relatively isolated, pollution-free and safe and explosion-proof.
Applications
Aerator, Nitrogen blowing instrument, Solid phase extraction instrument, Thin layer color spray, solvent Filter, Atmospheric sampling, various other vacuum or positive pressure needs
Steps
1. Ensure that the pump body starts without pressure.
2. It is recommended to add a buffer bottle to avoid liquid pumping into the pump body.
3. Continuous boot time should not exceed 30 minutes.
Notice
• Do not start with pressure.
• Do not pump the liquid into the pump body, it is recommended to add a buffer bottle.
• Do not turn on continuously for more than 30 minutes.
• The pump is not suitable for pumping out the corrosion of ferrous metals, the chemical reaction of pump oil, the gas containing particulate dust, and the toxic gas with excessive oxygen and explosive.
It cannot be used as a transfer pump (i.e., to pump from one container to another).
