Overview
The QIWEI AD-83T Benchtop Ammonia Nitrogen Detector is used to determine the content of ammonia nitrogen in water from domestic sewage, industrial wastewater, and farmland drainage. Excessive ammonia nitrogen levels may be toxic to fish, and testing can help evaluate water pollution and self-purification.
Features
1. Adopt microcomputer optoelectronic Colorimetric detection principle to eliminate human error and improve measurement resolution.
2. AC and DC dual power supply, support DC 1.5V × 5 AA alkaline dry batteries or AC 220V/50Hz/DC7.5V Power Adapter.
3. Automatic shutdown function, energy saving and environmental protection.
4. Measurement range, 0.02~ 25mg/L, resolution of 0.01mg/L.
5. Repeatability ≤ 3%, Linearity +/- 3% FS, to ensure measurement accuracy.
Principle
This instrument applies the principle of microcomputer optoelectronic Colorimetric detection, replaces the traditional visual Colorimetry, and automatically detects the ammonia nitrogen content in water through optoelectronic technology, eliminates the interference of human factors, and realizes High Accuracy measurement.
Steps
1. Prepare sample water.
2. Turn on the instrument power supply and select the AC and DC power supply mode.
3. Place the sample in the testing area and start the measurement program.
4. The instrument automatically performs photoelectronic Colorimetric analysis to display ammonia nitrogen concentration.
5. After the measurement is completed, the instrument can be automatically shut down.
Notice
- Ensure that the specified Power supply type is used to avoid voltage mismatches.
- Check sample status before measurement to avoid impurity interference.
- Regularly calibrate instruments to ensure Measurement accuracy.
- Note the effect of changes in ammonia nitrogen form on measurement in anaerobic or aerobic environments.
Clean the instrument promptly after use to prolong its service life.
