Overview
The QIWEI AD-82B Portable Ammonia Nitrogen Tester is used to determine the content of ammonia nitrogen in water. Ammonia nitrogen in water mainly comes from the microbial analysis products of nitrogenous organic matter in domestic sewage, some industrial wastewater (such as coking wastewater and synthetic ammonia fertilizer plant wastewater), and farmland drainage. Determination of ammonia nitrogen in water helps to evaluate water pollution and self-purification status, and high ammonia nitrogen content may have toxic effects on fish.
Features
1. Adopt microcomputer optoelectronic Colorimetric detection principle to replace traditional visual Colorimetry and eliminate human error.
2. High measurement resolution, up to 0.01mg/L.
3. Repeatability is good, ≤ 3%.
4. Linearity is small, +/- 3% FS.
5. Portable design, easy to use on site.
6. Measurement range, 0.02~ 25mg/L.
Principle
This instrument uses the microcomputer optoelectronic Colorimetric detection principle to replace the traditional visual Colorimetry, and performs Colorimetric analysis through optoelectronic technology, which eliminates human error and greatly improves the measurement resolution.
Applications
Domestic wastewater testing, industrial wastewater testing (e.g. coking wastewater, ammonia fertilizer plant wastewater), farmland drainage monitoring, water pollution assessment, self-purification status assessment, fish toxicity monitoring
