Kenton 101-0A digital display electric air blowing dryer is a drying equipment suitable for industrial and mining enterprises, laboratories and R & D institutions. It adopts a microcomputer intelligent PID digital display thermostat. Temperature range is RT + 5~ 300 ℃, Temperature Accuracy +/- 1 ℃, Fluctuation +/- 1%. Inner chamber dimensions are 350 × 350 × 350mm, liner is made of galvanized steel, and the shell is sprayed with metallic paint, which is beautiful and elegant.

Principle
The drying oven generates heat through the electric heating system, combined with the hot air circulation system (composed of low-noise fans and air ducts) to distribute the temperature evenly inside the studio, and the microcomputer intelligent PID thermostat precisely controls the temperature within the set range to achieve drying, baking and heat treatment functions.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply and turn on the device switch
2. Set the required temperature through the microcomputer intelligent PID digital display thermostat
3. Adjust the height and quantity of shelves in the studio as needed
4. Put in the sample and close the box door
5. Monitor the status of the items in the box through the observation window
6. Turn off the power after use

• It is not recommended to use it uninterrupted for a long time
• Temperature uniformity requirements and high water content samples are not recommended
• For more expensive samples, it is recommended to install an independent temperature limiting controller
• Not suitable for volatile, flammable, explosive and other items to avoid explosion
