Overview
Kenton 101-0AS digital display electric air blowing dryer is a drying device with microcomputer intelligent PID digital display thermostat. Inner chamber dimensions are 350 × 350 × 350mm, Temperature range is RT + 5~ 300 ℃, Temperature Accuracy +/- 1 ℃, Fluctuation +/- 1%. The shell is painted with metallic paint, the liner is made of stainless steel, and it is equipped with a hot air circulation system and a double-decked tempered Glass observation window.

Principle
The drying oven generates heat through electric heating elements, combined with the hot air circulation system composed of low-noise fans and air ducts, so that the temperature inside the studio is evenly distributed. The microcomputer intelligent PID thermostat precisely controls the temperature within the set range to realize heat treatment functions such as drying and baking.

Steps
1. Power on and set the desired temperature
2. Place the sample on an adjustable shelf in the studio
3. Close the box door and monitor the interior through the observation window
4. Start the equipment to start heating and blast circulation
5. Turn off the power after reaching the set time and take out the sample.
Notice
• It is not recommended to use it uninterrupted for a long time
• Temperature uniformity requirements and high water content samples are not recommended
• For more expensive samples, it is recommended to install an independent temperature limiting controller
• Not suitable for volatile, flammable, explosive and other items to avoid explosion
• Suitable for routine testing in industrial and mining enterprises, basic laboratories and workshops
